As we work with other brands and distributors, we adhere to a very strict security and fraud prevention system. A 1-3 day delay on your order may also be added if our system detects the possibility of a fraudulent transaction.

Were your product ships out from depends on what product you order, and where that brand or distributor is located. We work with brands and distributors in the US and China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different distributors may be shipping them.
Tracking numbers for your products will be sent to you within 2-7 days after purchase. In some instances, it may not show anything, this is perfectly normal! Simply wait a day or so for the tracking information to update.
As different distributors may be shipping your products, we will provide you with separate tracking information for every product.
After you place an order with us, you'll be sent your order confirmation email. We then send the order details over to the distributors that are taking care of it. Once they have processed and shipped your order, we are given the tracking code, and you get send a tracking confirmation email. This whole process can take up 2 to 7 business days.

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you andmayget customs fees when they arrive at your country (very rarely this happens).
If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday or occasional gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before specified dates.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you get a full 30 days to return your item to us. If your product doesn't fit, it breaks, or you've changed your mind about the product, simply send it back to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll cheerfully refund you every cent.

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. We do not issue refunds once the order is in theprocess of creation or when it is being shipped. However, if you contact us quickly (within 12 hours) after placing your order, we can cancel your order and refund your money! Once the packaging and shipping process has started it can no longer be canceled and you have to wait for your order to arrive. After that, you can send us the product and get a refund.
Wrong size? Email us and we would be happy to find a resolution for the issue! All of our products have different measurements, so it is very important to compare the measurements in each product to the measurements of a garment you already own at home for accuracy. Are there no measurements or you want more information about a specific product? Email us!
Send us a message through our contact page or send us an email within 30 days of delivery that you would like to return or exchange your product as well as your motivation. Also, include the exact order number of the product you want to return. After we received your message, we will send you further instructions and guide you through the steps.
Note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returned items must unused.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
The default prices of our cases are in USD, but can be purchased from any country with any currency. Although you may see the price of our items in your currency, during checkout, the price will go back to USD numbers, so do not be alarmed by that!
